For starters, keep in mind that we do require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes—so if you are unable to keep an appointment you have made with us, please call our office at least a day before your scheduled appointment to let us know. On the day of your appointment, we also ask that you arrive 15 minutes early so that we can process your paperwork and enter any insurance information before you see our optometry staff.
